This one bedroom apartment is located in an early 20th century building, on the 2nd floor . It has a double view with large windows, urban scenery & palm trees view from the living room, beautiful parc & fountain view (parc Mérot) from the bedroom.
Niceties : marble fireplace, wooden floor, queen size bed, bathtub, fully equiped kitchen, sofa bed “meridienne” in the salon, wireless internet, telephone(for local calls).
Kitchen appliances: dish washer, washing machine, micro wave and rotisserie grill, induction cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, venting system.
Anything else?... Hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The bus stop is a block away.
8 minutes walk is all you will need to get to the old port, bus station terminal and convention center.
On your way, you will enter the old suquet medieval quarter with it’s fine restaurants and get a feel of authentic Cannes and how it was like during the middle ages.
