French Director Michel Gondry to Head Short Film Jury

Michel Gondry, best known to non-French audiences as the director and co-writer of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind will take the chair of the 2011 Cannes Film Festival Short Film Jury, which also includes oversight of the awards in the Cinéfondation sidebar, the festival’s dedicated competition for film schools. Previous jury presidents include Atom Egoyan, Hou Hsiao Hsien, Martin Scorsese, and John Boorman.
